Please bring a water sample, a picture of your aquarium and the fish back to our store for credit in separate containers, as well as the original receipt.

Within 7 Days of purchase: Reimbursement for the full price of fish in in-store credit
Each fish may be replaced once. The guarantee does not apply to replacement fish.

This guarantee ultimately depends on the outcome of your water sample – Source Aquatics staff have full discretion. Our guarantee is null and void in circumstances where we believe proper care and attention were not exercised by the customer.
